Orbium offers unique training opportunities to help you develop. Our training goals aren’t short term: we understand that training is the key to professional development in the long term – and that our people are the key to our business success.
In their first year with us, every Orbium consultant completes the four-week Avaloq Certified Professional programme – as well as relevant specific industry and consultancy training.
Many of our people take courses and achieve certification in their chosen fields, be it finance, accounting, project management or IT. These training programmes are widely-recognised – and can be extremely demanding. They require a commitment from both our consultants and Orbium, but we believe they’re a price worth paying as we strive to achieve our common ambitions.
Training opportunities are not limited to consultants, but are open and encouraged for all our employees.
