Avaloq Makes Orbium Premium Implementation Partner
Zurich, 4th May 2009 - Avaloq is consolidating its five-year partnership with Orbium: the international consulting company,which focuses on the financial sector, has been given premium partner status for Switzerland.
Orbium employs over 100 people, including more than 80 Avaloq-certified consultants, making it Avaloq’s second largest implementation partner. Orbium was the first Avaloq partner to implement the Avaloq Banking System outside Switzerland: At the beginning of January 2009, LBBW Luxembourg successfully began using Avaloq’s core banking system. In addition, Orbium is currently setting up an office in Singapore to provide Avaloq with the support of consultants in the region. Orbium has specifically geared its strategy in and outside Switzerland to the Avaloq platform.
