Orbium Inaugurates the Opening of its London Branch
Zurich/London, 16th of June 2011 - Orbium has inaugurated the opening of its fifth office and third international branch - in London. A UK branch is the result of Orbium’s growing international business and its importance as a leading Avaloq Implementation Partner.
The opening of the London branch reflects Orbium’s commitment to support Avaloq’s internationalization plan and London’s strategic potential as a financial center and hub for the UK market.
The Avaloq Group has recently opened a UK branch following the successful Go Live of their first UK based client on the Avaloq Banking System. The number of Avaloq’s international clients is constantly rising and as an Avaloq Implementation Partner in Avaloq’s main strategic markets and the Implementation Partner that led Avaloq’s first international project, it was a natural step for Orbium to follow Avaloq in their bid to further conquer the UK market.
The London branch marks Orbium’s fifth office, namely in Geneva, Zurich, London, Luxembourg and Singapore. It also marks its presence in four of the world’s ten most important financial centers. The opening of the past three offices in a short space of time (past fours years) is undeniably a sign of Orbium’s continued growth and ambition.
