NBAD Private Bank SA goes live with the new B-Source BPO
solution powered by Avaloq and co-implemented by Orbium
Geneva, 12th January 2010 - On January 4th 2010, NBAD Private Bank SA became the first bank to go live with the new B-Source business process outsourcing solution (BPO) powered by Avaloq and co-implemented by Orbium.
As a part of this project, Orbium would like to congratulate NBAD Private Bank SA for their successful Go Live and thank them for the fruitful collaboration. It has been a rewarding journey in which NBAD became the first bank in Geneva to go live with the B-Source Master. A team of Orbium consultants worked hand in hand with NBAD as well as B-Source and Avaloq to ensure the most effective and smooth transition to the new BPO solution as possible and they managed to do so in only nine months. As of the beginning of January, NBAD was fully functional on the B-Source master, a full-blown model bank developed in conjunction with Avaloq and Orbium.
NBAD is the testament to the benefits for small and mid sized banks to pass to a BPO solution and most importantly it is a testament to the Avaloq, B-Source and Orbium partnership. B-Source has been providing NBAD Private Bank (Suisse) SA with full BPO services, which include back office administration processes as well as comprehensive information technology services since 2007. Additionally to the benefits NBAD reeks from back office outsourcing, NBAD now also benefits from one of the top notch banking solutions in the Swiss market, the Avaloq Banking System.
