NZB goes live with B-Source's BPO solution powered by Avaloq
and co-implemented by Orbium
Zurich, 26th January 2010 - On January 4th 2010 the NZB Neue Zürcher Bank (NZB) became the first bank in Zurich to go live with the B-Source business process outsourcing solution (BPO) powered by Avaloq and co-implemented by Orbium.
After a transition project of only nine months, NZB benefits from the many advantages of the new BPO solution provided by B-Source which includes administration processes as well as comprehensive information technology services. Furthermore, NZB also profits from the utilization of one of the most reliable and top notch banking solutions in the Swiss market, namely the Avaloq Banking System. All these benefits mostly derive from the B-Source Master, a full blown model bank developed in conjunction with Avaloq and Orbium and central to the new B-Source BPO solution.
Werner Hoppler, CEO of B-Source SA said: “In 2009 B-Source completed the B-Source Master integrating all front-end applications and functionality customization according to clients’ requirements.
