Over the years, Orbium has developed a sound and efficient Avaloq Banking System project implementation methodology that has proved its worth across multiple different projects. This methodology is far from static; rather, we are continuously refining and improving it.
Our methodology comes with a set of predefined templates, tools and sample documents that help simplify the day-to-day work of our clients and consultants.
In general, we integrate the Avaloq Banking System into our clients’ business in five major phases. Each project phase follows a tried and tested methodology with predefined deliverables every step of the way.
