Project Set-up
Prior to any analysis or implementation, it is essential to set down strong project foundations. As with any building, weak, hastily-built foundations will inevitably result in problems later on. In the case of a technical and business delivery, such preparations help to reduce multiple risks – from a delayed start due to insufficient infrastructure to a final delivery that falls short of initial expectations.
We understand the importance of this phase and work closely with our clients to ensure every project starts as it means to continue. During this phase, we deliver the following activities:
- Setting up of the project infrastructure and logistics
- Definition of the project high level scope
- Project planning and control mechanisms
- Resource management
- Delivery of project charter document
- Preparation and delivery of the project kick-off.
